Awl, round

Round awl with drop-shaped wooden handle.

Used as a scratch awl for marking leather, alternatively to create round holes (approx. 2.5 mm).

The awl is small so it fits well in the hand with the index finger on the awl tip for good control. The handle is carefully polished and oiled for durability.

Use a strop to regain sharpness after prolonged use.
